Job summary

IFS is seeking a Director – Finance Tools, Process & Systems to lead the enterprise EPM platform transformation, AI enablement, and data architecture. You will align Finance, Technology and Data, delivering scalable, AI-augmented operating models across the organization.

You will drive governance, vendor management, and strategic finance automation, shaping the global FP&A processes while collaborating with CIO and senior Finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, CS or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
• Fluent business English required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance technical expert for enterprise EPM platform and governance.
• Lead vendor evaluation, contracting and implementation partner management.
• Own Finance requirements and future-state EPM solution design including SaaS revenue, cost planning, allocations, consolidation and AI-enabled scenario modelling.
• Define target planning operating model, integration architecture and data model for single source of truth.
• Drive user adoption, change management and post go-live optimisation.
• Establish Finance EPM governance, controls and release management standards with IT.
• Define and execute AI roadmap for planning, forecasting and automation.
• Embed AI-enabled forecasting and driver-based modelling into the stack.
• Identify high-value AI use cases in Finance and lead pilots.
• Build AI literacy across FP&A with training and playbooks.
• Redesign ERP-linked data structures and Chart of Accounts.
• Champion data transparency and governance across systems.
• Support master data ownership and change control.
• Over time own global Budget and Forecast processes.
• Improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency with AI and new data architecture.
• Lead long-range planning and scenario modelling with AI enhancements.
• Provide senior delivery leadership across transformation workstreams.
• Collaborate with CFO and executive stakeholders to secure alignment.
