Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Manager AI & Smart Data to lead design and deployment of data platforms, AI models, and BI solutions across the organization. You will shape the data governance framework, drive AI-driven insights for strategic decisions, and manage a center of excellence with data engineers, data scientists, and BI specialists.

The role requires deep expertise in Azure, data mesh/fabric, ML/AI frameworks, and strong collaboration with IT and business

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in AI/data/BI across insurance/finance.
• Experience delivering data/AI-driven business solutions.
• Familiarity with data fabric and data mesh concepts.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of data management, analytics, AI, ML, and BI solutions.
• Establish data governance framework and AI ethics practices.
• Oversee data and AI center of excellence and use-case development.
• Define KPIs for AI/BI initiatives and track ROI.
• Ensure AI models integrate with real-time data pipelines and systems.
• Drive data democratization and self-service BI adoption.
• Collaborate with InsurTech firms and AI vendors on opportunities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
