Roads and Transport Authority in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic data and AI governance leader to shape technology development plans, data governance, and resilience across the sector. You will coordinate PoCs, data feeds, and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision making.

The role emphasizes collaboration across organizational units, compliance with policies, and alignment with government digital standards to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in case of a Master's degree (5+ years in case of a Bachelor's degree)

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO in developing and monitoring the sector's technology development plans and opportunities, challenges, and risks across units.
• Contribute to data governance strategies and AI adoption roadmaps in line with enterprise architecture and policies.
• Help develop institutional resilience plans and application maps for business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Coordinate and monitor partnerships, service providers, and international memberships and implement recommendations.
• Oversee internal/external communications and prepare CEO readiness for visits by senior leadership.
• Manage sector media plans and ensure up-to-date content across units.
• Coordinate data/AI activities including PoC studies, data feeds for AI use cases, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Support design of data models and databases to enable data storage, AI retraining, and data sharing with Dubai Data and others.
• Track resolutions of customer feedback and service requests and coordinate timely actions.
• Review service development plans for data accuracy and coordinate service improvement plans.
