Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a senior AI Data Governance - Privacy and Risk leader to establish enterprise governance across AI, data, privacy, and model risk. You will guide safe adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and advanced analytics while ensuring regulatory compliance and information protection.

Reporting to leadership across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit, you will define standards, oversee data governance tools, and drive risk-based controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, privacy, risk, or technology governance.
• Experience leading enterprise governance initiatives in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE PDPL, DIFC Data Protection Law, GDPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise AI governance framework for development, deployment, and retirement of AI systems.
• Define policies and controls for responsible AI and data protection.
• Lead AI governance committee and manage risk assessment and approvals.
