Job summary

Al Wathba Insurance is seeking a sales-focused professional to achieve targets and handle inquiries across multiple channels. The role requires onsite presence, a bilingual command of Arabic and English, and at least two years in sales.

You will upsell, cross-sell, and process insurance applications while staying informed about industry trends and regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and data-visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work onsite from the office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (QlikView preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
