Job summary

loveholidays is seeking a senior sourcing professional to define and implement a direct-contracting sourcing strategy and to lead partnerships with major hotel chains and DMCs to serve UK and DE customers with market-leading rates.

You will manage end-to-end contracting, secure inventory during peak seasons, and collaborate with Inventory, Yield and Marketing teams to keep pricing competitive. English required; French desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in purchasing within the destination
• Deep understanding of commercial performance
• Extensive established contacts across hotel chains and DMCs in Tunisia and Morocco
• Fluency in English; French is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with Channel Managers commonly used in North Africa
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and achieve ambitious growth targets
