Job summary

Qualifications

• 1) Experience with travel booking platforms such as TBO, Hotelbeds, Expedia TAAP or similar.
• 3) Experience handling FIT and Group bookings.
• 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• 5) Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• 6) Knowledge of GCC and Egypt travel markets is a plus.
• 7) Fluent in English and Arabic.

Casa Kaya, a Dubai-based travel company, is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in Egypt.

This is a full-time position suited to someone with 3-7 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, strong operational skills, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage travel itineraries and tour packages
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and attraction tickets
• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners
• Monitor operational quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate package information, photos, and trip content to the marketing team for social media and website campaigns
• Prepare operational reports and booking summaries.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in tourism operations and travel planning
• Experience with travel booking platforms such as TBO, Hotelbeds, Expedia TAAP, or similar systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in handling FIT and Group bookings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of the GCC and Egypt travel markets is a plus.
