Job summary

loveholidays is seeking a skilled sourcing professional to drive direct-contracting excellence and secure premier rates with hotel chains and DMCs across North Africa, including Tunisia and Morocco. You will lead partnerships, negotiate terms, and align inventory with demand in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English fluency and a track record in travel procurement, with French being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in purchasing within the destination (Tunisia & Morocco).
• Deep understanding of commercial performance.
• Extensive established contacts across hotel chains and DMCs in the region.
• Professional fluency in English; French is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Channel Managers commonly used in North Africa.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet ambitious growth targets.

• Secure market-leading rates, availability, and exclusive value-adds, specifically for UK and DE customers.
• Proactively secure inventory and special offers during peak seasons.
• Partner with Inventory, Yield, and Marketing teams to align supply with demand.
• Manage the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring agreements are finalized and loaded efficiently.
• Maintain constant market analysis to ensure pricing and product offerings remain competitive.
