Job summary

Confidential is building a digital-first, AI-enabled financial services organization in the UAE. We seek a Digital Workplace Engineer to shape technology, data, and workplace foundations at an early stage.

You will engineer the employee experience through automation, AI-powered support, identity lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies to deliver a seamless, AI-enabled environment where employees are productive from day one via automation and intelligent tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building workplace technology automation, IT automation or digital workplace engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Graph API, identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration.
• Experience developing or supporting AI-powered service desks, chatbots, or workplace automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated joiner, mover, and leaver processes using Microsoft Entra, Graph API, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Develop and enhance AI-powered service desk workflows, automating employee requests and support processes.
• Manage zero-touch device provisioning, application deployment, and workplace automation using Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and corporate SaaS platforms using configuration-as-code principles and automation.
• Deploy and support AI productivity tools, including workplace AI assistants and employee enablement initiatives.
• Develop self-healing automation, telemetry, and monitoring solutions that improve employee experience and reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and SaaS administration.
• Experience developing or supporting AI-powered service desks, chatbots, or workplace automation solutions.
• Strong scripting and development experience using PowerShell, Python, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
