Shory in the UAE is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, analyze requirements, and translate strategies into scalable digital solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear requirements, effective stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across the product lifecycle.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years experience in BA/Product Analyst roles in a tech/digital environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC.
- Experience translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML is a plus.
Mansioni
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories and specifications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process maps.
- Track milestones and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in UAT and post-implementation monitoring.
