Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Digital PMO Consultant (SAP & Salesforce) for a 6‑month onsite assignment in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will drive PMO and programme management activities, support enterprise technology transformations, and collaborate with business and technology teams to define deliverables.

Required are 8–10 years of PMO/digital transformation experience, strong consulting background, and hands‑on SAP/Salesforce experience; real estate exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of PMO, project/ programme management or digital transformation experience.
• Consulting experience with a leading firm preferred.
• Experience enabling SAP/Salesforce or similar enterprise platform transformations.
• Strong requirement gathering and translation into actionable deliverables.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with change management and transformation reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Real estate experience preferred.

Contract Duration: 6 Months contract

Start Date: ASAP

Required Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in PMO, project management, programme management, or digital transformation roles.
• Prior consulting experience with leading management consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology transformations involving SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience with change management, adoption tracking, and transformation reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expereince in prior real estate is also preferred
