Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate digital transformation across the Middle East. You will drive adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem, work with retail, office, wholesale and client experience teams, and translate business needs into actionable use cases for regional roadmaps.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and a proactive approach to change, with fluency in English and ideally Arabic or French.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives and pilots using a test, learn and measure approach.
• Act as customer success manager, driving adoption and optimization of digital platforms across office, wholesale and retail teams.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements and improvement opportunities for Europe roadmaps.
• Bridge between Local & Europe teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client, employee and business experiences through technology.
• Support Europe transformation agenda with a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy.
