Role Description

The Performance Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive qualified leads and brand awareness for ZSR’s luxury property portfolio. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi includes planning and executing performance-driven online marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, and display channels. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyse web analytics data, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. Daily responsibilities include creating and testing ad creatives, managing budgets, coordinating with sales and listing teams to align marketing with inventory, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. The role also involves preparing performance reports, staying current with digital marketing trends in real estate, and recommending new tactics to enhance ZSR’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in performance-focused campaign management.
• Candidates should possess skills in SEO and Social Media Marketing including paid and organic strategies across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign results.
• Experience with PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies is preferred.
• Background in real estate or luxury brands, and familiarity with the Abu Dhabi or UAE market, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
