Job summary

ACES Creative in Dubai is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and approach potential clients for our digital marketing services. You will generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and business visits, and tailor our offerings (social media management, content creation, paid advertising, modeling, marketing campaigns, and ADA) to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Interest or experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Able to research businesses, identify opportunities, and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
• Knowledge of the UAE business market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for ACES Creative's digital marketing services.
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and business visits.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable ACES services, including social media management, content creation, paid advertising, modeling, marketing campaigns, and ADA (ACES Digital Aura).
• Follow up with prospects, arrange meetings, prepare proposals with management approval, and help convert leads into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular sales updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
