The role requires strong writing, editing, and creative skills, along with knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and analytics to optimize campaigns and reach in the UAE market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven digital marketing, social media management and content creation experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for blogs, captions and promos.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools; HSE industry knowledge is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop, create, and manage engaging digital content for the company's website, blogs, and social media platforms.
2. Plan, create, and publish social media posts, captions, graphics, videos, and promotional materials to strengthen the company's online presence.
3. Write and manage company blogs, articles, and promotional content related to HSE, training, consultancy, sustainability, and other company services.
4. Manage and promote the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, audience engagement, and effective communication.
5. Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and digital marketing campaigns, preparing reports and recommending improvements to increase brand awareness and reach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
3. Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging blogs, articles, captions, and promotional content.
4. Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, digital advertising, and online marketing strategies.
5. Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. Experience in the HSE, training, or consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
