Job summary

International Global Talent in Dubai is seeking a Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive to own its digital presence. You will write, film, edit, design and run Meta and TikTok ads on site every day, hands-on, with no team beneath you and no outsourcing to agencies.

This role is focused on bookings and revenue, not likes. You’ll manage Instagram, TikTok and Google Business profiles, support SEO, and coordinate campaigns with branch managers, reporting performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and design tools.
• Experience with paid campaigns and bookings-focused results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing plans for all locations.
• Run lead and booking campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Build and optimise Meta and TikTok ads, including audience and creatives.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on site; before/after client moments.
• Design branded graphics, carousels, menus and campaign assets.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok and Google Business profiles.
• Support SEO and website content for local beauty searches.
• Coordinate offers and launches with branch managers.
• Track performance against bookings/retention and report to leadership.

About the role

A well-established women's beauty and salon group in Dubai is hiring a Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive with a strong 360° skillset to own its digital presence and drive booked appointments — not just followers.

This is an executor role, not a management one. There is no team beneath it. You will be the one writing, filming, editing, designing and running the ads — hands-on, on site, every day. If you are used to briefing agencies or overseeing freelancers, this is not the right fit.

Key responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing plan across all locations Run lead and booking generation campaigns across paid and organic channels Build and optimise Meta and Tik Tok ad campaigns (audience, creative, cost per booking) Shoot and edit short-form video on site — transformations, treatments, before/after, client moments Design branded graphics, carousels, menus and campaign assets Manage and grow Instagram, Tik Tok and Google Business profiles Support SEO and website content to rank on local beauty searches Coordinate with branch managers on offers, seasonal campaigns and launches Track performance against bookings and retention, and report directly to leadership

Profile Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience Proven experience running Meta Ads with measurable lead or booking results Fluent in Premiere Pro or Cap Cut, Canva Pro and Photoshop Strong content and video editing portfolio — beauty, salon or lifestyle content strongly preferred Comfortable filming in a live working environment and directing staff and customers on camera Commercial mindset — focused on bookings, retention and revenue, not likes Experience in beauty, salon, spa, wellness or luxury retail is a strong advantage Arabic and English preferred Based in Dubai, with occasional regional travel
