Job summary

RHK Properties in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive / Content Creator to join our local team. The role combines content creation, photography, videography, video editing, social media management, graphic design, and Meta Ads lead generation.

You will independently plan, shoot, edit, publish, and support paid campaigns, going beyond organic social. Real estate experience is preferred, but strong candidates from service sectors will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar all-round role.
• Strong experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Previous experience running lead-generation campaigns is required.
• Ability to explain campaign results including CPL, leads, budget, targeting and optimization.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and social content.
• Independent worker capable of managing multiple marketing responsibilities.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Handle photography and videography for listings, projects, and brand content.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on content requirements and objectives.
• Attend and manage onsite property shoots across Dubai.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive / Content Creator to join our Dubai team.

This is an all-round marketing role combining content creation, photography, videography, video editing, social media management, graphic design, and Meta Ads lead generation.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently plan, shoot, edit, publish, and support paid campaigns—not someone whose experience is limited to organic social media management.

Real estate experience is highly preferred, but strong candidates from service-based companies or SMEs will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property photography and videography for listings, projects, social media, team, and brand content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, property reels, advertisements, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Edit photos and prepare visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create graphic designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, and other marketing materials.
• Manage the social media content calendar, posting, captions, and basic engagement.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Run lead-generation campaigns and monitor key metrics such as CPL, leads generated, audience performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and test campaign creatives, audiences, and messaging.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on content requirements and campaign objectives.
• Attend and independently manage onsite property shoots across Dubai.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar all-round role.
• Strong experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Previous experience running lead-generation campaigns is required.
• Ability to explain campaign results, including metrics such as CPL, leads generated, budget, targeting, and optimization.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, and social media content.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple marketing responsibilities.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Dubai.

Preferred

• Experience creating property videos and real estate reels.
• Experience supporting sales-focused or lead-generation marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, retargeting, custom audiences, and campaign optimization.

AED 4,000-7,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated campaign results.

Candidates will only be considered toward the higher end of the salary range if they demonstrate both:

• Strong professional-level shooting and editing skills; and
• Proven hands-on Meta Ads lead-generation performance.
