Job description

The Role

This is a dynamic, hybrid position. Half of your time will be spent on the salon floor, ensuring our high-volume operations run flawlessly and clients receive a luxurious experience. The other half will be spent conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and managing digital content that showcases our work, our environment, and our continuous success.

Management

Oversee daily salon operations, manage staff schedules, handle client relations and maintain our premium service standards.

Content Production

Capture the daily rhythm of the salon. You will shoot everything from client transformations to behind-the-scenes team dynamics, as well as larger projects like compiling multi-clip video retrospectives to highlight our continuous operations.

Social Media Strategy

Manage our content calendar across platforms, write engaging captions, and build digital community engagement. Oversee the day-to-day handling of our core social platforms, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences. You will schedule posts, analyze performance metrics to optimize growth, and run targeted advertising campaigns. A crucial part of this role is acting as the digital voice of the brand—actively responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews to foster community engagement and convert followers into booked clients.

Quality Control

Ensure the physical salon experience matches the premium brand aesthetic portrayed online.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Content Editing: Exceptional proficiency in CapCut and Canva for rapid, high-quality social media turnarounds. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere is a strong bonus for more advanced desktop editing.

Industry Experience
