Job summary

Pinnacle Infotech is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join the PMO team in Dubai. The role covers concept development, asset design and end-to-end video production for social media and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on videography, graphic design, motion graphics and video editing skills, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end production capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of digital content creation experience, incl. videography
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, or related field
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating concepts, graphic design, short-form videos and end-to-end production

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and visual treatments for social media and corporate comms
• Manage end-to-end video production: shoot planning, videography, lighting, audio, editing and delivery
• Design social posts, carousels, infographics and campaign materials maintaining brand consistency
• Create short-form videos and motion graphics withEngaging openings and platform-appropriate formats
• Translate technical/project information into compelling, accurate content
• Coordinate with PMO stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage revisions
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Monitor performance and audience engagement to improve creative effectiveness

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Content Creator to join our PMO team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing campaign assets, and managing end-to-end video production for social media and corporate communications. The role requires hands-on expertise in videography, graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, with the ability to transform projects, facilities, and operational achievements into engaging visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments for social media and corporate communications.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including shoot planning, videography, lighting, audio recording, editing, and final delivery.
• Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, infographics, and campaign materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics with engaging openings, captions, and platform-appropriate formats.
• Translate technical and project-related information into compelling, accurate, and audience-friendly content.
• Coordinate with PMO stakeholders to gather information, validate content, obtain approvals, and manage revisions.
• Maintain content calendars, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of approved assets.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement to improve creative effectiveness.
• Maintain organised project files, reusable templates, and production assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital content creation, social media design, graphic design, or multimedia production, including hands-on videography.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating campaign concepts, graphic design, short-form videos, motion graphics, and end-to-end production capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilisation systems.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, branding, and social media content formats.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with UAE-based creative agencies or managing multi-brand campaigns.
• Knowledge of Arabic typography and bilingual content creation.
• Experience in aviation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and content production workflows.
• Experience with content planning, social media analytics, and performance reporting.

Equipment Requirements

Candidates who own professional production equipment are preferred. Relevant equipment may include:

• Professional camera and lenses.
• Laptop capable of handling professional video editing and graphic design.
• Drone, subject to applicable flight permissions and site approvals.
• Gimbal, microphones, lighting equipment, batteries, and storage devices.
