Job summary

Al Gurg Group L.L.C. in Dubai invites a creative Content Creator specializing in videography and photography to own end-to-end content production, from concept and shooting to editing and delivery.

You will plan shoots across corporate, retail and events, shoot with Sony systems, edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and enhance images with Lightroom and Photoshop, while applying AI tools to speed workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, and content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and motion graphics work.
• Advanced proficiency in: Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; Lightroom; Photoshop; After Effects.
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing social media-first content and short-form videos.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools within creative workflows.
• Valid UAE Driving License. Personal vehicle preferred.

Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Content Creator join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling through photography and videography, with the ability to create compelling content that strengthens brand presence across digital and social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content production, from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery, while maintaining high visual and creative standards.

Content Planning & Production

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and storyboards for photo and video projects.
• Plan, organize, and execute shoots across corporate, retail, branding, events, and social media content.
• Independently manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
• Organize, archive, and back up all project assets and footage according to established workflows.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Videography & Video Editing

• Capture high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, interviews, events, and corporate communications.
• Operate and optimize Sony camera systems, including shooting formats, frame rates, codecs, and Log profiles.
• Independently set up and manage professional two- and three-point lighting setups.
• Record and monitor high-quality audio using professional sound equipment.
• Edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve .
• Perform color correction and advanced color grading of Log footage.
• Create motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and animated elements using Adobe After Effects .
• Apply masking, keyframing, rotoscoping, and basic animation techniques where required.
• Produce fast-turnaround social media content using Cap Cut or similar editing tools.
• Optimize content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta channels.

Photography & Photo Editing

• Capture professional-quality photography across corporate, portrait, event, product, and lifestyle shoots.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, and visual aesthetics.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop .
• Deliver polished, high-quality imagery that consistently reflects brand identity and visual standards.
• Manage image selection, color correction, retouching, and final asset preparation.

AI-Enabled Creative Production

• Leverage AI tools to enhance creative ideation, content planning, editing efficiency, image enhancement, and workflow automation.
• Stay updated with emerging creative technologies, trends, and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, consistency, and production speed through technology.
