Job summary

Masdar, Abu Dhabi-based leader in clean energy, seeks a Digital Communications Lead for the Zayed Sustainability Prize. You will develop and implement the annual digital communications strategy and manage global digital platforms, ensuring content is current and aligned with market trends.

In this role you will oversee digital campaigns across web, SEO, email and social channels, measure performance, and coordinate with vendors to relaunch and optimize platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing or related field with exposure to the latest digital marketing trends and systems gaining knowledge in web management, design and development, content management, SEO & SEM and knowledge in social media management
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills within a corporate/multifunctional environment
• Strong knowledge of budget management and ability to drive project delivery and results

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Prize’s annual digital communications strategy and implementation plan
• Lead and maintain the Prize’s global presence across social media and websites, coordinating with marketing
• Plan and execute web, SEO, email and display advertising campaigns and manage paid social media
• Measure and report performance of digital campaigns against goals and iterate
• Coordinate with vendors for website management and relaunches/optimizations
