Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institution.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communication, or related discipline.
• Extensive senior corporate communications experience in large organisations.
• UAE experience with knowledge of local sustainability regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual communications plans and KPIs.
• Lead thought leadership, media relations, content and messaging.
• Develop event-specific communications and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee PR agencies domestically and internationally with ROI focus.
• Provide executive communications support including speeches and internal messages.
• Oversee news releases, fact sheets, and distribution via channels.
• Cultivate media relationships and handle inquiries.
• Lead digital communications and influencer engagement for reach.
• Direct content strategies across social platforms and senior leadership presence.
• Monitor issues and maintain crisis communications plan.
• Coordinate spokesperson participation at conferences and events.
• Contribute to annual communications budget planning.
