Job summary

• Deep experience in digital product development and marketing in a digital banking environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and data-driven product decision-making.
• Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them.
• Experience with designing consumer products and enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Experience in launching a product and managing a live product.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence.
• Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Managers and cross-functional product teams through designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems and capture opportunities, ensuring creativity and relevance.
• Define the product portfolio, make major product decisions, enact roadmaps and work with the Digital Factory to set priorities.
• Lead innovation in products with cross-functional teams and deliver first-class digital solutions that create rapid impact.
• Prepare and present product visions and proposals to leadership outlining how new opportunities promote growth and profitability.
• Demonstrate dynamic leadership with partners and lead product teams focused on innovation, growth and success.
• Nurture top talent, networks and partners - identifying candidates for key positions and growth.
