Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to drive digital product delivery within Group Business Service. You will translate vision into roadmaps, manage cross‑functional squads, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

The role requires managing both functional and non‑functional requirements, coordinating with internal and external tech teams, and guiding delivery end‑to‑end. Strong banking domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Technical PO role coordinating internal and external tech teams to deliver digital solutions.
• PMO/ITIL/PRINCE2 related certifications are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support in ideation, design and alignment on product vision with stakeholders to drive customer orientation.
• Backlog management of user stories and epics in Jira; drive squads to achieve OKRs.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements; main contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Adhere to policies and deliver consistent service standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to participate in change initiatives in line with bank standards.
• Apply ADCB service standards to all internal and external interactions.
