Job summary

Vistra in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead outsourced DFSA Authorised Finance Officer services for a portfolio of regulated entities. You will manage a small Accounting team, ensure regulatory reporting accuracy, and maintain capital adequacy and liquidity compliance.

You will liaise with regulators, auditors, and clients, driving improvements in financial operations, IFRS reporting, and risk/compliance culture while delivering timely financial insights in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in a similar regulated financial services role.
Experience with DFSA/FSRA preferred.
Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory accounts production.
Proven leadership of a small team and client-facing responsibilities.
Experience with PIB/Regulatory reporting and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Accounting team delivering outsourced DFSA Authorised Finance Officer services.
Oversee capital resources, liquidity, and regulatory reporting for client entities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
Maintain strong regulatory relationships and liaison with regulators, auditors and clients.
Drive process improvements, IFRS reporting, and risk/compliance culture.
