This role involves preparing pricing documentation, evaluating real estate assets, and liaising with various departments to ensure consistent financial reporting. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate in the UAE, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in cash flow modeling. Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and understand cashflow modelling, profit and loss and balance sheets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Natural at building internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial feasibility of new master plans.
• Support decisions related to development projects.
• Prepare and deliver approval presentations.
• Coordinate with departments to understand project data.
