Job summary

The candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and technical leads, ensure code quality, and prepare technical documentation. Remote work is offered with willingness to relocate to UAE if required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and development.
• Experience developing plug‑ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
• Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external/enterprise systems.
• Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
