Job summary

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain and enhance the hotel's interiors and guest areas. You will prepare surfaces, mix colors, apply finishes, and ensure clean, safe work zones while coordinating with other teams.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional painting experience in hospitality or commercial settings, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of paints, finishes and surface preparation.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute painting projects in guest areas, rooms, and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and priming.
• Mix and match colors to ensure consistency across projects.
• Apply paint with brushes, rollers, and sprayers with precision.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools.
• Coordinate painting schedules with other teams to minimize disruption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
• Respond promptly to painting requests and resolve issues.
• Contribute to development of improved painting techniques.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks for touch-ups.
• Assist in inventory management of paints and supplies.
