Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a fashion designer to translate concepts into CAD-ready designs and visuals using Illustrator and Photoshop.

You will stay ahead of current fashion trends, plan and develop ranges, and work with buyers and forecasters to meet briefs while ensuring technical feasibility, fit, and market relevance. A proactive, multitasking mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Creating or visualizing an idea and producing a design using CAD.
• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
• Planning and developing ranges.
• Working with buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet a brief.
• Liaising closely with buying and planning teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points.
• Understanding design from a technical perspective.
• Readiness to multitask and should have a proactive approach.
