Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies seeks a Design Project Coordinator to drive design development from concept through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules and liaise with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include creating layouts with AutoCAD/3ds Max, sourcing materials, preparing boards, and maintaining project logs. Regular site visits and approvals ensure quality before opening the site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of design development, detailing, materials and visualization.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and liaise with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design development: creates and analyzes 2D/3D layouts and visuals.
• Project coordination with contractors, consultants, and MEP technicians to align schedules.
• Vendor & material management: sources samples, reviews suppliers, creates boards & site reports.
• Site visits for pre-opening: checks work quality, tracks progress, lists snags, ensures fixes are made.
• Documentation & approvals: handles permits and daily project logs.
• General support: helps with design, technical, or admin tasks to keep projects moving.
