Job summary

Raw Ventures is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product layer for an advanced, data-driven system used by an international oil-products trading platform. You will interview traders and operators, define roles, and drive a prototype-first approach with AI drafting most outputs.

You will decide sprint scope, defend product choices, and balance executive and daily-user needs. You will work autonomously in a fully remote, long-term setup, with direct access to decision-makers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management on complex B2B systems — trading, fintech, logistics, ERP; anywhere a wrong number costs someone money
• At least one large system you personally took from nothing to daily use
• AI as your primary way of working — required, not preferred. Agents draft our specifications, role descriptions, screens and analysis
• You source information yourself. There is no business analyst upstream of you
• You absorb an unfamiliar domain fast — pricing formulas, Incoterms, demurrage, cost accrual, netback
• Fluent Russian; English good enough to run a working session with the client's people

Responsibilities

• Interview traders, operators, economists and financiers and write the definition of each role
• Turn requirements into a working prototype of the whole system, screens first
• Own readiness and sprint scope for the product layer — what is ready, what enters a sprint, what ships
• Say no to the business when no is the right answer and defend it in the demo
