Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience with commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations.
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical and electrical designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and other project documentation.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture and construction.
