Job summary
MIRAL LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architect to lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring innovative design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory requirements. Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and proposals to clients and stakeholders while coordinating with engineers and PMs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The role also includes mentoring junior architects and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, zoning and construction methods.
- Excellent design skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, PMs and stakeholders to integrate designs.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance.
- Review shop drawings, samples and project documentation.
- Mentor junior architects and interns in professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
