Job summary

Al Tayer Stocks - Building & Interior Divisions is seeking an Architectural Engineer to support design planning, develop concept/detail drawings, and coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Fresher or up to 1 year AutoCAD experience preferred. Degree in Architectural Engineering required. You will conduct site visits, review manuals, and assist the Project Manager with progress reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Good knowledge of preparing Concept/Detail drawings and designs.
• Fresher or minimum one year experience operating AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Landlords and ATG Managers to ensure timely handover of complete and accurate design deliverables.
• Assist in design and detailed development of projects, monitor progress and suggest design amendments.
• Ensure all deliverables are on time, accurate and compliant with the brief and documentation.
• Review client manuals/project applications for on-site compliance.
• Coordinate with Site team to ensure understanding of design information.
• Conduct regular site visits for observations and compliance checks and generate design review reports.
• Advise Project Manager on problems, client complaints, design errors, and site adjustments.
• Provide regular project progress reports to the Project Manager.
