Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa in Dubai, seeks a dedicated F&B Service Expert to elevate guest experiences in a premium desert setting. You will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain spotless service areas with a focus on safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Higher Education, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and English-speaking guest service skills.

Responsabilités

• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
• Welcome guests with a warm greeting and attend to their dining or beverage requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver meals and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and follow service standards throughout shifts.
• Handle closing duties, cash handling, and ensure accurate guest checks.
• Provide in-room dining support and assist management as needed.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
