Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a Deputy MLRO / AML-CFT Support to assist the MLRO, manage suspicious activity reports, and strengthen AML/CFT controls within a UAE-regulated financial services environment.

You will support client risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and regulatory engagement while helping update policies and training materials to ensure ongoing compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance and AML/CFT within a regulated financial services business.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the MLRO and assess internal suspicious activity reports.
• Maintain records related to suspicious activity reporting and AML risk assessments.
• Support AML monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, and investigations.
• Assist MLRO with regulator and law enforcement requests and inspections.
• Help maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Support client risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
• Provide compliance guidance on client acceptance and regulatory matters.
• Monitor compliance with UAE laws and internal policies.
• Prepare compliance reports for Head of Compliance and senior management.
