Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a Senior School environment.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and pupil wellbeing systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing and pastoral strategy.
• Lead the Safeguarding Committee and embed a culture of vigilance.
