Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a Senior School environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing excellent GCSE and A Level outcomes.
• Strong understanding of British curriculum frameworks and inspection standards.
• Expertise in curriculum development, assessment systems, and data analysis.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and operational management of the Senior School curriculum.
• Monitor and raise academic standards across all subject departments.
• Report on curriculum quality and academic outcomes.
• Drive curriculum innovation aligned with inspection frameworks.
• Oversee academic quality assurance and implement improvement strategies.
• Manage public examinations and access arrangements.
• Support university preparation processes and Sixth Form academic programmes.
