Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within a British curriculum Senior School.
• Demonstrated expertise in safeguarding legislation and pastoral systems.
• Strong understanding of KHDA and British Schools Overseas frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement a strategic pupil wellbeing and pastoral framework.
• Monitor wellbeing metrics, behavioural trends and safeguarding data.
