Job summary

Stealth is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to partner with the CTO and lead the global engineering organization. You will oversee delivery, resilience, budget, and organizational health across divisions to scale high-frequency trading and asset management platforms.

The role emphasizes platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance across MiCA, DORA, and SOC 2, while enabling the CTO to focus on AI transformation and external representation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading infrastructure, and digital assets.
• Experience operating across multiple divisions and global engineering teams.
• Experience in regulated frameworks (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Delivery & Cadence: Run day-to-day global engineering operations. Own OKRs, monthly business reviews, and delivery pipelines.
• Platform Consolidation & Data Strategy: Lead multi-year unification of the trading infrastructure across 80+ venues and 1,400+ markets.
• Cybersecurity Execution & Compliance: Own security and regulatory commitments (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2). Establish controls-by-design culture.
• Talent, Budget & Scale: Manage global engineering budget, vendor relationships, and M&A integrations.
