Job summary

Client of Brunel is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas organization in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Deputy Construction Manager on a contract basis. You will work with senior leadership to deliver safe, on-time projects to the highest standards and support critical energy infrastructure in the region.

You will oversee construction activities from inception to completion, coordinate with subcontractors, manage site operations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and help drive schedules and budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects efficiently.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

Support the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, manage site operations, ensure safety and quality standards.
Help drive project schedules and budgets and communicate with stakeholders on site.
