Job summary

Tanqeeb is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas client to appoint a Deputy Construction Manager on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi. You will support the Construction Manager, oversee all phases of major construction projects, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience in construction management, and strong knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage site operations, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead communication among stakeholders and resolve on-site issues.
