Job summary

Pullman Dubai Downtown is seeking a pastry kitchen team member to support daily pastry operations in a 5-star hotel in Dubai's Business Bay area. You will assist in preparing incoming supplies and coordinating with the Chef de Partie to maintain smooth kitchen workflow.

The role requires passion for culinary excellence and prior pastry experience in a 5-star hotel, with strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pastry department for a 5 Star Hotel is required.
• Passion for culinary.
• Familiar with Hygiene and HACCP Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplies and equipment for daily pastry kitchen operations in coordination with the Chef de Partie.
• Communicate updates and feedback to the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth operation of the section.
• Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.

Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area with stunning views of the Dubai Skyline and Dubai Water Canal.

• To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie as required
• Communicate to the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie any updates on the operation, external or internal feedback and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
• Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
