The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage professional to join our culinary team.

You will prepare meals, regulate oven temperatures, monitor quality, and ensure proper portioning in line with recipes and standards. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, a technical/vocational degree, and the ability to train and coach colleagues while adhering to safety and cleanliness policies.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in F&B/Culinary.
• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitute items following recipes.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity.
• Assist with training, scheduling and coaching of staff.
