Candidates should have prior Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, with sound knowledge of food preparation, safety, and presentation guidelines.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant environment is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to prepare and present dishes in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
