You will lead kitchen operations, menus, and food quality, collaborating with pastry and service teams, while maintaining financial performance and guest experience in a luxury resort setting.

• Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine - Italian in a luxury hotel.

• Manage assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and compliance with Hyatt standards.
• Plan, organize, direct and control the kitchen operation and administration to maintain high quality and financial performance.

To manage his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

Qualifications
