Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai in JBR seeks a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join Josephine's culinary team. You will support the Chef de Partie in prep, cooking and presentation while upholding high hygiene and quality standards across the kitchen operations.

The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar in a hotel or premium restaurant.
• Knowledge of basic to intermediate culinary techniques and food hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality and presentation.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily prep and operation of the section.
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place and dishes per recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency and timeliness of dish presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and HACCP compliance in the kitchen.
