Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency in the Josephine kitchen, JBR.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within premium hospitality, with knowledge of basic culinary techniques, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of basic and intermediate culinary techniques.
• Strong attention to quality and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily preparation and operation of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place and dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and within service times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Follow HACCP, health and safety and company policies at all times.
