Qualifications

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.

• Proven track record in food preparation/presentation and preservation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation and duties to meet standards.
• Support Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Prepare mis en place and production in main kitchen or satellites.
• Maintain hygienic work areas according to hotel rules.
• Coordinate with sections to manage wastage and cost control.
• Lead and instruct subordinates during daily tasks and buffet setups.
