Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - Banquets to assist in the Arabic section of the kitchen and contribute to the outlet's success. You will maintain high standards and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as Commis Chef or apprentice experience in luxury hotel environments, with knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety. Proficiency in MS Office/Recipe maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
• Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
